Dispute an invoice charge with the Dispute Agent
The Dispute Agent is now available to every consultant on the Dispute tab of an invoice. Open a dispute and the agent drafts the vendor email with the contract citations from the AI review, tracks the reply and categorizes the vendor’s position, suggests follow-ups when a dispute stalls, and records the outcome and savings when you resolve it. Score a contract with ContractIQ
ContractIQ is now live on the ContractIQ tab of every contract. Run an AI review that reads the contract PDF, rates each clause as favorable, neutral, or unfavorable from the owner’s side, and cites the contract text behind every finding.
