Each property’s Elevators tab lists every lift (elevator) in the building, with its specifications, compliance dates, and performance side by side.
The Elevators tab lives on a property’s detail page, which is available to the consultant role only. Clients and service providers can’t open it. Editing a lift is also consultant-only — see Edit lift (elevator) details.

Open the Elevators tab

From a property’s detail page, select the Elevators tab. See Open a property’s details for how to get there. The tab shows a table with one row per elevator. Use the search box to find a specific unit, or the column controls to show more fields.

What each row shows

Each elevator row brings together identifying details, specifications, compliance, and performance, including:
  • Identity — License (AHJ ID), name, service provider, bank, and whether it’s a critical unit.
  • Specifications — device type, installation and modernization years, number of landings, speed, capacity, controller model, drive type, and OEM.
  • Compliance — last SSPI, CAT-1, and CAT-5 test dates.
  • Performance — maintenance visits and completion, callbacks and callback rate, emergency calls and emergency call rate, mean time between callbacks, and on-time response.
Performance figures use a check or warning icon to show whether the unit is meeting target. For what each metric means, see Read property performance KPIs.
The performance numbers are links. Selecting one — for example a unit’s callbacks or maintenance visits — opens the matching tickets for that elevator, so you can see the underlying service history. See Browse tickets.

Focus on one elevator

Some links elsewhere in Lift AI open the Elevators tab pre-filtered to a single unit, so you land directly on that elevator’s row. Clear the search or filter to see the full list again.
