Some dashboards can be scoped down so they show only the data you care about. This is a consultant feature. Whether a dashboard has filter controls depends on how that report was built for your account. Each Insights report is a dashboard produced for you and embedded in the page — some include in-dashboard filters, and some are fixed reports with no filters at all.
Insights has no LiftAI filter controls of its own, and the app’s global filter bar (period, portfolio, service provider, region) doesn’t apply on this page. Any filtering happens inside the dashboard itself, and which filters are available varies from one report to the next.

Apply a filter

1

Open the report

Open the dashboard you want to scope. See Open an analytics dashboard.
2

Look for filter controls in the dashboard

If the dashboard includes filters — for example a date range, portfolio, service provider, or region — they appear within the dashboard itself. Use them to narrow what’s shown. The charts update to reflect your selection.
3

Review the current selection

The dashboard reflects only the data that matches the filters you’ve set. Clear a filter to widen the results again.
If a report has no filter controls, it’s a fixed dashboard. To get a different view or a report scoped to specific data, request a custom report.
