A portfolio groups related properties together — typically the buildings belonging to one client — so you can monitor their performance, spending, and tickets as a set rather than one building at a time.
Portfolio organization is a consultant concept. In the Portfolio Table view, properties are grouped by their portfolio, and the page can be narrowed to a specific region or service provider.

How portfolios appear

Each property belongs to a portfolio, and the portfolio name shows in the property’s breadcrumb (Portfolio › client › portfolio) and as the grouping in the Table view. Grouping by portfolio lets you:
  • See all of a client’s properties together for quarterly reviews.
  • Compare performance KPIs across the group.
  • Roll spending and tickets up to the client level.

Creating and changing portfolios
