When you open a report, you can copy a link to it and send it to a colleague so they can open the same dashboard. This is a consultant feature, and the recipient needs Insights access of their own to open the link.

Open the report

Open the dashboard you want to share. See Open an analytics dashboard.

Copy the link

Select Copy Share Link at the top of the report panel. The link is copied to your clipboard, and a “Link copied to clipboard!” confirmation appears.

Send it

Paste the link into an email or message to your colleague.
The share link points to the dashboard’s base address. It always opens the report’s default view — it doesn’t carry any filter selections you may have made inside the dashboard. If your colleague needs a particular scope, tell them which filters to apply once the dashboard opens. See Filter a dashboard.
