When a spending row raises a question, you often want to see the records behind it. Each row carries the Property it belongs to and links out to the tickets, invoices, and proposals it relates to, so you can move from a cost to its source in a step or two.
Find the property a row belongs to
The Property column shows which property each invoice or proposal is for. It isn’t a link on the Spending page, but you can use it to focus the table:
Find the Property column
In the Spending table, locate the Property column for the row you’re investigating.
Filter by that property
Open the Property column filter and enter the property name to narrow the table to that property’s spending.
To open a property’s own page, go to the Portfolio view and select the property there. Each property page has its own spending tab showing only that property’s invoices and proposals.
The same row links out to related records:
- Tickets — select a ticket number to open that ticket.
- Related Invoices & Proposals — select a number to open the related invoice or proposal.
Selecting the row anywhere outside these links opens the invoice itself. Use the Tickets or Related Invoices & Proposals links when you specifically want one of those records rather than the invoice.
