When a ticket has a document attached — such as the service report or work order it was created from — you can download that file directly from the ticket. Use this article to find and download it.
Downloading a ticket’s file is available to the consultant and client roles.

Download the file

1

Open the Tickets page

Select Tickets in the navigation and find the ticket you want. See Browse and search service tickets.
2

Expand the ticket

Select the row to expand it and reveal the full ticket details.
3

Download from the File entry

In the File entry, select Download to get the attached document.
If a ticket has no attached document, the File entry shows a dash (-) instead of a download link. Not every ticket has a source file — see Add attachments to a ticket.
Depending on your browser, the file may open in a new tab rather than saving directly. If that happens, use your browser’s own download control to save it.
