A property’s detail page brings together everything Lift AI knows about one building — its performance, contracts, elevators, tickets, and spending — in a set of tabs.
Property detail pages are available to the consultant role only. Clients and service providers can’t open a property’s detail page, so they don’t see any of its tabs.

Open a property

From Portfolio, select a property’s name in the Table view, or follow a property link from any Overview widget. The detail page opens with a header showing the building’s name, address, contact, and assigned consultant, plus a breadcrumb back to Portfolio.

Use the tabs

The detail page has five tabs. It opens on Overview by default.
1

Overview

The property’s Performance KPIs — maintenance, emergency, and callback metrics for the selected period. See Read property performance KPIs.
2

Contracts

The maintenance contracts tied to this property, with their performance. See Review an invoice for how contract terms feed invoice review.
3

Elevators

Every elevator (lift) at the property, with its specifications and performance. See View an individual lift.
4

Tickets

The service tickets logged against the property. See Browse tickets.
5

Spending

The invoices and spending recorded for the property. See Review an invoice.
The metric cards on the Overview tab are clickable — selecting one takes you to the matching tickets (for example, emergency calls or maintenance visits) for this property.

Edit the property contact

In the header, select the edit (pencil) icon next to Contact to update the building’s contact name, email, and phone.
