LiftAI doesn’t have a self-service profile or settings page where you edit your own details. How you change your name, email, or access depends on what needs to change.

Change your name

Your name is managed by a group admin in your organization. Ask an admin to update it from the Admin area — they can edit your first and last name on your user record. See Manage users in your organization.

Change your email address

Your email address is the account you sign in with, and it can’t be changed in the app — a group admin sees it as read-only when editing your user. To change the email on your account, submit a support request and the LiftAI team will help.

Change your access (role or accounts)

Which properties, accounts, and features you can see is determined by your role and the customer accounts assigned to you. A group admin manages both. If you’re missing access you expect, ask an admin to review your user, or get help.

Change your password

You can reset your own password without an admin. See Reset your password.
