If an item isn’t actionable yet — you’re waiting on a vendor, or it can wait until next week — you can snooze it to clear it from your Work Queue for a while.
Snooze an item
Open the snooze menu
Select the Snooze icon in the item’s Actions column.
Choose how long
Pick 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month. The item drops off the list right away.
The item comes back automatically when the snooze period ends. There’s nothing to un-snooze manually.
Snoozing is shared, not personal
A snooze applies to everyone who works that portfolio, not just you. If you snooze an item, the other consultants on that portfolio won’t see it either until it comes back. Before snoozing a Critical item, make sure no one else is counting on it staying visible.
This is different from a personal “remind me later.” Treat snoozing as a shared decision to set work aside for the whole team.
If snoozing doesn’t work
If something goes wrong, you’ll see “Could not snooze this item. Please try again.” The item stays in your list — try the snooze again.
