When you need help, you can send a request to the LiftAI team without leaving the app. The Request Support button opens a short form that goes straight to LiftAI.

Open the support form

In the left sidebar, select the request support icon (the support agent symbol). A Contact support dialog opens.

Fill out and send your request

Choose a category

Pick the option that best fits your request:
  • Question — you’re not sure how something works.
  • Problem — something isn’t working as expected.
  • Feature request — you’d like LiftAI to do something new.
  • Billing — a question or issue about billing.

Describe what you need

In the Message field, explain your question or issue. The more detail you give, the faster the team can help.

Send

Select Send. When it goes through, you’ll see a confirmation that the team will follow up by email.
Your request goes directly to the LiftAI team along with the page you were on when you sent it, so the team has context.
If sending fails, the form stays open with your message intact so you can try again. You can also email support@liftai.com directly.

What happens next

You’ll get an email acknowledgment, and you can reply to it to follow up. See What happens after you submit a request.
