Open the support form
In the left sidebar, select the request support icon (the support agent symbol). A Contact support dialog opens.Fill out and send your request
Choose a category
Pick the option that best fits your request:
- Question — you’re not sure how something works.
- Problem — something isn’t working as expected.
- Feature request — you’d like LiftAI to do something new.
- Billing — a question or issue about billing.
Describe what you need
In the Message field, explain your question or issue. The more detail you give, the faster the team can help.
If sending fails, the form stays open with your message intact so you can try again. You can also email support@liftai.com directly.
