The command palette is a single search box that finds anything in your portfolio — a property, a lift, a ticket, a contract, or an invoice — and takes you straight to it. Open it from anywhere with a keyboard shortcut, type a few characters, and select a result to jump there.
The command palette is available to the consultant role. Other roles do not have universal search in the top bar.

Open the palette

1

Press the keyboard shortcut

Press Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows from any page. You can also select the Search box in the top bar.
2

Type what you're looking for

Start typing a property name, lift, ticket number, contract name, or invoice number. Results appear as you type, grouped by type.
3

Select a result

Use the arrow keys and Enter, or click a result, to open it. The palette closes and navigates you there.

What it searches

The palette searches across five types of records:
TypeWhat you can search by
PropertiesProperty name
LiftsLift name (shown with its property)
TicketsTicket number (shown with its property)
ContractsContract name (shown with its property)
InvoicesInvoice number (shown with its property)
To narrow the list, select a category chip — All, Properties, Lifts, Tickets, Contracts, or Invoices — below the search box.
If you don’t have a name or number handy, scope your dashboards with the top-bar filters instead, or open a section directly with the palette’s navigation actions.
