This applies to product-update emails for all roles. It does not affect transactional emails — for example, account, invoice, or ticket notifications.

Open a product-update email

Find any recent LiftAI product-update email in your inbox.

Use the unsubscribe link

Scroll to the footer and select the unsubscribe link. This opts you out of future product-update emails.
You can still keep up with new features inside the app using the What’s New bell in the top bar.
