Spending is available to consultants. Client users can open it only when the
clientPortalSpending flag is enabled for the account — until then, the Spending page isn’t reachable and you’ll be redirected. Ask your LiftAI Account Executive if you need it turned on.Open Spending
1
Go to Spending
Select Spending in the navigation. The page opens with a performance summary across the top and a table below. The table starts on the Invoices view.
2
Switch between invoices and proposals
Use the Invoices / Proposals toggle next to the page title to choose which one the table shows. Proposals don’t appear in the invoice list — switch to Proposals to see them.
3
Read the summary tiles
The row of tiles above the table totals your portfolio. Most of them describe invoices LiftAI has already reviewed; Projected Savings is the exception and describes invoices that are still pending.
Because Projected Savings covers a different set of invoices than Reviewed Amount, it can be larger than Reviewed Amount — that happens whenever the pending backlog (and its expected savings) outweighs what has been reviewed so far. The two tiles aren’t a part-of-whole comparison.
4
Scan the table
Each row is one invoice (or one proposal, on the Proposals view). Key columns include Number, Type, Date, Status, Property, Provider, Invoice Amount, After Review, and Savings. A Class column labels each row Invoice or Proposal, but it matches whichever view you’re on.
Sort by your biggest opportunities
Select the Savings or Projected Savings summary tile to sort the table by that metric. The first click sorts largest-first, so the biggest opportunities surface at the top; selecting the same tile again reverses the order.Narrow the list
- Use the search box in the page header to quickly filter the table.
- Use the column filters (for example, filter Type, Status, or Property) to focus on a subset.
- Use Export in the table toolbar to download the current list.
