When your Work Queue is busy, the filter bar above the list lets you focus on one slice of work at a time.

The three filters

FilterOptions
Issue typeAll types, or one of: Invoice review, Proposal review, Dispute attention, Certificate expiring, Certificate expired, Violation overdue, Contract expiring, Contract expired.
SeverityAll severities, or Critical / Warning / Info.
AI suggestionAny suggestion, or Reject / Partial approval / Approve.
For example, set Issue type → Invoice review and AI suggestion → Reject to see only the invoices Lift AI thinks you should decline.

Read the count

Beside the filters, of tells you how many items are loaded so far versus how many match your current filters. Selecting Load more brings up toward , and changing a filter changes .

Refresh the list

Select the Refresh icon to pull in the latest items. The list also refreshes on its own whenever you close a detail panel or snooze an item, so it stays current as you work — there’s no need to reload the page.

The Work Queue loads items in batches. If there’s more below, select Load more at the bottom to bring in the next batch.
