If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. LiftAI emails you a secure link, and you choose a new password from there.

Open the reset page

On the login page, select Forgot your password?.

Enter your email

Type the email address your account is registered under and select Reset Password.

Check your email

If that email is associated with a LiftAI account, you will receive a message with a link to reset your password. For your security, LiftAI shows the same confirmation whether or not an account exists, so the message does not reveal which emails are registered.

Set a new password

Open the link from the email. Enter your email, your new password, and confirm the new password, then select Reset Password. You are signed in automatically once the reset succeeds.
The reset link comes from email, so check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
If you never receive the email, confirm you used the right address, or submit a support request for help.
