There are three ways to get help in LiftAI: search this help center, ask the Lift AI assistant, or contact the team with Request Support.

Ask the Lift AI assistant first

If you are a Consultant, the fastest answers often come from the Lift AI assistant. Select Ask Lift AI in the top bar to ask questions about your portfolio — for example which properties have open tickets or how spending is trending. See Ask the assistant. Use the assistant for questions about your own data and for how-to guidance. Use Request Support (below) when something is broken, when you need a person, or for billing and account questions.

Browse the help center

The Help Center icon at the bottom of the sidebar opens this site (help.liftai.com) in a new tab. It has step-by-step articles for the main tasks in LiftAI.

Contact support

When you need the LiftAI team, select Request Support at the bottom of the sidebar. A short form opens where you:

Choose a category

Pick the option that best fits: Question, Problem, Feature request, or Billing.

Describe what you need

Write your message in the Message box. Include details such as the property or invoice involved so the team can help faster.

Send it

Select Send. The page you were on is included automatically to give the team context, and they follow up by email.

If the form fails to send, your message is kept so you can try again. You can also email the team directly at support@liftai.com.
