Add and read notes
Open the invoice and select the Notes tab. Notes capture reviewer comments and the review history for the invoice, so anyone looking at it later can see what was decided and why. To add a note, type it in the Notes tab and submit it. Your note is recorded against the invoice as part of its history.View attachments
Select the Attachments tab to see the documents tied to the invoice. These include:- The invoice (or proposal) PDF itself, page by page.
- Supporting data — additional documents attached to the invoice.
- Linked tickets — work orders and service reports from the tickets associated with the invoice.
Attachments are PDFs. You can also upload a PDF from this tab to add it to the invoice’s supporting documents.
