# Filter your Work Queue

> Narrow your Work Queue by issue type, severity, or AI suggestion, and refresh to pull in the latest items.

When your Work Queue is busy, the filter bar above the list lets you focus on one slice of work at a time.

## The three filters

| Filter            | Options                                                                                                                                                                      |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Issue type**    | All types, or one of: Invoice review, Proposal review, Dispute attention, Certificate expiring, Certificate expired, Violation overdue, Contract expiring, Contract expired. |
| **Severity**      | All severities, or Critical / Warning / Info.                                                                                                                                |
| **AI suggestion** | Any suggestion, or Reject / Partial approval / Approve.                                                                                                                      |

For example, set **Issue type → Invoice review** and **AI suggestion → Reject** to see only the invoices Lift AI thinks you should decline.

## Read the count

Beside the filters, **{shown} of {total}** tells you how many items are loaded so far versus how many match your current filters. Selecting **Load more** brings **{shown}** up toward **{total}**, and changing a filter changes **{total}**.

## Refresh the list

Select the **Refresh** icon to pull in the latest items. The list also refreshes on its own whenever you close a detail panel or snooze an item, so it stays current as you work — there's no need to reload the page.

## Load more

The Work Queue loads items in batches. If there's more below, select **Load more** at the bottom to bring in the next batch.
