# Browse your property portfolio

> How to open Portfolio and see your properties grouped by region and service provider.

Portfolio is your starting point in Lift AI. It lists the properties you manage along with their performance, so you can see how your buildings are doing at a glance and drill into any one of them.

<Note>
  Portfolio is available to the **consultant** and **client** roles. Consultants see the full set of properties and performance widgets; clients see the properties assigned to them.
</Note>

## Open Portfolio

Select **Portfolio** in the main navigation. The page opens on the **Overview** view, with a header that shows how many properties and {/* VERIFY: header uses the locale term, usually "elevators" */} elevators are in the current selection.

## Switch between Overview and Table

The header has an **Overview / Table** toggle:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Overview">
    Shows performance widgets across your whole selection — the Performance KPIs, a tickets-and-spending breakdown, and (for consultants) the Bottom 5 properties. See [Read property performance KPIs](/portfolio/property-kpis) and [Find your worst-performing properties](/portfolio/bottom-performers).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Table">
    Shows every property in a sortable, filterable list grouped by portfolio. Each row links to the property's details. Use the search box in the header to filter the list.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Group and filter your properties

In the **Table** view, properties are grouped by **portfolio** so related buildings sit together. Expand a group to see its properties, or use the column controls to choose which columns are shown.

You can also narrow the page to a specific **region** or **service provider**. Lift AI reads these from the page's filters, so the properties, KPIs, and widgets all update to match your selection.

## Open a property

Select a property's name from the Table view (or from any widget that links to it) to open its detail page. See [Open a property's details](/portfolio/property-details).

<Tip>
  If you see "No data available for the selected period," widen the date range in the page filters and try again.
