# Find your worst-performing properties

> How to use the Bottom 5 view to spot properties that need attention.

The **Bottom 5 Properties Performance** widget surfaces the properties in your portfolio that are performing worst, so you can focus attention where it's needed most.

<Note>
  The Bottom 5 widget is available to the **consultant** role. It reflects the date range and any region or service-provider selection set in the page filters.
</Note>

## Find the Bottom 5 widget

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Portfolio">
    Select **Portfolio** in the main navigation, on the **Overview** view. See [Browse your property portfolio](/portfolio/browse-portfolio).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Scroll to Bottom 5 Properties Performance">
    The widget lists up to five properties, each with its callback rate, callbacks, emergency call rate, emergency calls, maintenance completion, and maintenance visits. The service provider appears under each property name.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Act on a worst performer

* Select a property's name to open its detail page and investigate. See [Open a property's details](/portfolio/property-details).
* Select **SEE ALL** to switch to the Portfolio **Table** view, sorted so the highest emergency-call properties are at the top, where you can review every property and its KPIs.

For what each metric means, see [Read property performance KPIs](/portfolio/property-kpis).

<Tip>
  A property can land in the Bottom 5 because of a single bad month. Widen the date range to check whether it's a one-off or a sustained trend before raising it with the service provider.
