# Manage product-update emails

> How to unsubscribe from LiftAI product-update emails.

LiftAI occasionally emails you about new features and product updates. If you'd rather not receive these, you can unsubscribe directly from any product-update email.

<Note>
  This applies to product-update emails for all roles. It does not affect transactional emails — for example, account, invoice, or ticket notifications.

## Unsubscribe from product-update emails

  <Step title="Open a product-update email">
    Find any recent LiftAI product-update email in your inbox.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use the unsubscribe link">
    Scroll to the footer and select the **unsubscribe** link. This opts you out of future product-update emails.
  </Step>

  You can still keep up with new features inside the app using the [What's New bell](/notifications/whats-new) in the top bar.
