# Which reports are available to me

> How to tell which Insights reports your plan and role include.

The reports you can open in Insights depend on your **role**, your **plan**, and which reports the LiftAI team has built for your account. This article explains what determines that, and how to read your list.

<Note>
  Insights is a **consultant** feature. If you don't see **Insights** in the sidebar at all, your role or plan doesn't include it yet. See [Understand your role and what you can access](/getting-started/your-role-and-access).
</Note>

## What controls availability

Two things gate Insights:

* **Your role.** Insights is available to consultants. Clients and service providers don't see it.
* **Your plan.** Insights is rolled out gradually and enabled per account, so it can be off even for a consultant until it's turned on for your plan.

When both allow it, the reports themselves are the ones that have been built for your account.

## See your reports

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Insights">
    Select **Insights** from the sidebar. The report list shows every report available to you.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the details">
    Each row shows the report's **name**, **category**, the **date** it was created, the **portfolio** it covers, and who requested it. Use the search box to find a report by name.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The reports in your list are the dashboards built for your account, so the exact set varies. Common ones cover maintenance performance and spending analysis; reports are added over time and may not be present on every account yet.

## Don't see a report you expect?

* If you need a report that isn't listed, [request a custom report](/insights/request-a-report).
* If you think you should have Insights but don't, see [Get help](/getting-started/get-help).
