# Log in to LiftAI

> How to sign in to LiftAI at amp.liftai.com with your email and password.

You sign in to LiftAI with your email address and password at [amp.liftai.com](https://amp.liftai.com).

  <Step title="Go to the login page">
    Open [amp.liftai.com](https://amp.liftai.com) in your browser. If you are not
    already signed in, the login screen appears.

  <Step title="Enter your email and password">
    Type the email address your account is registered under and your password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Login">
    Once you are signed in, LiftAI takes you to your home page — the **Work Queue**
    for Consultants, or the **Portfolio** page for Clients.

<Note>
  LiftAI uses email-and-password sign-in. There is no Google or single sign-on
  (SSO) option today.

## Trouble signing in

* **Forgot your password?** Select **Forgot your password?** on the login page to
  request a reset link. See [Reset your password](/getting-started/reset-password).
* **Don't have a password yet?** If you were invited but have never signed in, you
  first need to set a password. See
  [Set up your account from an invite](/getting-started/accept-invite).
* **Still stuck?** [Submit a support request](/support/submit-a-support-request) and
  the LiftAI team will help.
